Quotes, bookings and deposits

• Quotes are based on information provided at booking time and may be revised if scope differs on arrival.
• Deposits secure your booking slot and are processed using Stripe payment services.
• Final balances are confirmed once load size, access, and labour requirements are verified.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate access details (stairs, lifts, permits, loading restrictions, and bulky items).
• Ensure waste and items presented are legal, safe to handle, and correctly disclosed.
• Be available for contact before and during the booked service window.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Reschedule and cancellation requests are handled through support, subject to notice windows and crew allocation timing. Applicable fees and refund rules must be confirmed in the final approved legal copy.

Liability and service limits

We maintain public liability insurance (Public liability cover up to £2 million.). Liability limitations, excluded goods, and claims handling timescales must follow the final solicitor-approved terms.
